Join us for our next HR Leaders Roundtable co-hosted with Sertrice Shipley, the CEO & Founder of Plan to Action and co-author of Inclusalytics: How Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leaders Use Data to Drive Their Work. This roundtable series is designed for HR leaders navigating complex people decisions without a clear playbook to pressure-test real-world challenges with other leaders who understand those challenges.
Together, we’ll engage in a discussion around taking an intentional, data-driven approach to enhance organizational cultures and build team engagement. During the session, we will compare notes and share what’s working (as well as what’s not), and we will leave with practical ideas you can confidently take back to your organization.
